News distribution or broadcast, better known as "Broadcast Messages" is one of the Page365 system feature that allows merchants to send messages to multiple customers at the same time. Stores can generally use this feature for distributing news, information, promotions, sales movements to drive sales. It increases convenience, speed and reduce the time for copying messages to send to each customer one by one. In addition to, this feature can send both images and text. The system also supports emoji effects (emoji) as well.
This feature also includes the ability for merchants to choose whether to send to specific customers or to select specific groups. This is done by tagging customers. It allows merchants to send individual/group promotions to specific customers.

How to send brodcast message
- Click "✔️" in the square in front of the customer conversation
- Click "Reply All”
- Add "Text" / Add “Image"
- Click "Send Message" / Click “Enter”
Go to the "Conversations" page, then select the conversation with the customer you want to message by clicking "✔️" in the box in front. Customer conversation, then click "Reply All”.
A message box will appear for sending broadcast messages which can send both images and text
In the case of sending only messages
Type the desired text in "Message Box" and then press "Send Message”

In the case of sending only pictures
click symbol "Camera" and select the desired picture, then press "Enter" to send the message.

The message will be sent to all customers that the store has chosen to send broadcast messages to.

Restrictions on each package
Each delivery is limited to the number of packages the merchant is currently using.
- Free: Unable to send group messages.
- Solo: Able to send group messages. up to 30 people at a time
- Pro: Able to send group messages. Up to 60 people at a time
- ProLive: Able to send group messages Up to 100 people at a time
- SME/Enterprise: Unlimited group messaging.
