If you're a business owner with multiple Facebook pages, switching between pages to respond to customer messages can be confusing and time-consuming.
Page365 system has a new feature that can help merge all the chats from your different pages into one dashboard, making it easier to respond and keep track of messages.
Automated Responses can be answered with a shortcut key, including customers can "MINE" via the chat channel, and stores can open invoice via the chat channel ** 💬
Terms of Use
1. Pages that you want to merge chat must be new pages. (Haven't been registered to Page365 before)
2. Must create a new offline store to integrate chat. How to create an offline store
3. It Doesn't support syncing comments into the chat page.
4. Chat will not indicate which Facebook page the customer's chat is from.
5. Can't send a broadcast to customers.
6. Only new chat pages can be used.
Things to know before use
The number of chats is set according to the package that the store is currently using as follows:
- Free >> 100 chats
- Solo >> 3,000 chats
- Pro >> 8,000 chats
- ProLive >> 15,000 chats
- SME >> 30,000 chats
- Enterprise > > 150,000 chats
** Should choose the right package because chats come in from many pages, which may cause the number of conversations to be full **
How to use it
1. Go to an offline store that you created.
2. Go to " Settings."
3. Select " Connect App."
4. Select Connect Facebook Page (including pages) and select " Add Facebook page."
** If you select a Facebook page that has been connected to Page365, the system will alert you with the text " Unable to proceed."
** When the Facebook Page is connected successfully (Merge Pages), it will display the page name, including Username, Shopname, and Chat integration to the conversation page.
** Opening a "MINE" bill via chat, if the same customer greets both pages at the same time, the system will open the bill for the same customer on both pages; the bill will not merge **
